Your eyesight may be getting worse with age, but your problem solving skills certainly are not, really enjoyed the thought processes and subsequent execution to this job. Great stuff, thanks for taking the efforts to keep us entertained.
Used to have an early one of these. When you pressed the horn button ignition off, a little light above the ignition switch lit up so you could see to put the key in in he dsrk. How cool is that. Also spay some Waxoil inside the frame, they are buggers to rust.
Not sure how you managed to not catch on fire with all those sparks shooting onto your t-shirt. : ) I was struggling with some decals recently. The place that sold them to me said they were the kind of decals that you peel and stick, but they were actually water slide decals. I tried for a long time to peel the back off a water slide decal and ruined it in the process.
Turn it into a sleeper cub. get those 110 cc kits & get more power from it while still looking original . had a thought...if you can take some measurements from that honda sticker. i know a chap that can 3D print one for you.
I know that you are old school and 3D printing is probably too new tech for you but this would have been a perfect candidate to 3d print embossed etc and then paint two-tone. Anyway still ok and beats spending 120 quid.
It's not perfect, Craig, but it's pretty good. If yo can get a good photo of the original item, and the major dimensions, it would be pretty easy to draw up and electro-etch into a piece of aluminimum, then flood the recessed parts with paint.
Watching and learning thank you very much❤👀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
90 is lookin pretty good .. some lucky rider is going to have some fun, great trail bikes
It's amazing how long these little details take but they make all the difference.

Should've got two stickers Craig , then you could've sacrificed one for a template . Looks good though !
Headphones alert at 12:27! I think my ear drums over-lapped each other somewhere inside my head ;-)

That looks great, better than no badge or the original one all scratched up.👍
If no one else has said it, careful use of a hairdryer should take those creases in the seat out. Don't go mad and melt it, obviously.
Bonjour from France. I've never seen one of those here. The 50cc version are still around, perhaps the didn't import the 70 or 90 cc versions.
I’m telling Tracey ya borrowed her breadboard and that will you in the doghouse like me Craig
Looks great👌❤️
Bulbs grow in the garden, it's lamps😂😂😂
Good to hear your going to put an authentic 'pedestrian slicer' on the front mudguard! 😂
Three d print a badge. Hung lo 90.. on one old bike I have put beer pump badges on the tank.
Is the blue badge you made for the leg fairing the correct colour? 😮
Serves the purpose Craig
Happy with Honda 👍

Morning all loving this series
Amazing how the little Honda can be brought back after 37 years. But shouldn’t you have bought a red Honda badge rather than blue?
Mornin chaps

sould have used alluminium for the badge , that steel will rust like hell.??
Why a blue badge on a grey bike tho?
Next barn find a 'Puch Maxi'?
I would love a Puch Maxi, My very first bike on the road was a Puch
