    Thank you for adding this new step routine. Note: I do it on the floor rather than the step. Much safer for me but I still get the fun choreography of a step routine.

    Paul I love the basic step workout. Thanks for keeping it that way. This one does more fat burning for me than the high intensity. Reason being I can do it😅😅😅❤

    Wow, Coach Paul, I haven't done step aerobics since the pandemic when my Arthritis got worse, and I tried one of yours and was holding on to a chair for my life. Please do more. It was far from perfect, but I am sweating buckets.
