Just picked 1 up for $250... Seller was having extraction issue and stiff action.. Literally was like duck tape residue inside. Stripped it, cleaned it, buffed 1 small spot on the shell latch and it's like butter now... Lucky buy!!! 👍
I just had one of these given to me, and stumbled on this video looking for videos of people having the barrel threaded for chokes… guess I won’t be having that done now lol
What year is that? I just got one manufactured in 1996 and it says “ .410 3”. on the barrel. There is no 2 1/2 on the barrel. Wondering if it will still shoot 2 1/2” rounds...
Got same exact gun. My Dad bought it new in early 1990s. Didnt know they were rare. Cool!

I have one identical that I've had since I was a kid. My dog chewed butt stock on it some, but other than that, it's in great shape.
Sweet 'lil snake 🐍 charmer !
looks very cute, so is the model 12 is .410 bore if you havent seen one
Of course. The 870 isn’t near the quality of the hand fit model 42. But, still serviceable and very useful. 42’s are wonderful pieces of machinery!

Absolutely man that will shoot 2.5” shells. Mines probably about the same year. Happy shooting!!!
@@TLHyoutube right on!
I found a NIB 870 wingmaster in 410 not long ago. It’s marked modified choke.
