My theory is that the original final joke was "you're so ugly you'd make a piranha go vegetarian," and the creator of this film misunderstood the joke to suggest that one's appearance could be so shocking and offensive that it would cause anyone who saw you to eat something they are not supposed to eat, so he added those first two Hindu/Jew references on his own.
Why the creator imagined someone's looks could reasonably provoke such an impulse is beyond me, but that's the only explanation I can think of to make sense of such an incoherent joke.
