Jasper, Thanks for sharing. This is a treasure video!! I have learned a lot. It would be better if you were able to share more detail on the NPS part :DD
Yes, I use a simple legend, along the lines of: 1-minimum 10 maximum. Often the rating is relative, but in some circumstances, when you can qualify Value or Difficulty to Execute, absolute values can be used.

Wow just amazing.
good work
This is so helpful. But the effect sound at 2:33 literally made my heart fall down haha
Thank you for your feedback! I better be careful with sound effects LOL.
@@JesperLowgren I have downloaded the prioritisation matrix. But the Score doesn't match with Value x Ability to Execute in Excel?
It's really amazing!
Just great!

It's really good video that's very helpful to me.
Thats a good video.
It's really useful.
very important
I love the video. While I understood the concept of the 2x2 matrix I did not fully understand how the numbers were derived.
Hi Gloria and thank you for your feedback! Are you referring to the spreadsheet? These were derived from workshops and used to illustrate the concept.
This is a very good opportunity.
@JesperLowgren how do you rate value in prioritisation matrix? Do you use a legend for what values '1 to 10' actually mean?
Yes, I use a simple legend, along the lines of: 1-minimum 10 maximum. Often the rating is relative, but in some circumstances, when you can qualify Value or Difficulty to Execute, absolute values can be used.

Can you speak softer? I can't hear you.
Do you have a problem speaking up. The way you talk is a turn off for how good your video is.
