Dear Content Owner -
Big "Thank You" for taking the time and putting the "effort", "energy" to bring the value in this industry via this video.
Your video is highly enriching and bringing the passion with the depth to THRIVE ...
....
one of my fav business channels keep going
Thank you!
I've recently discovered this series / collection of content related to the various disciplines of Enterprise Architecture. Really enjoying your work, Jesper. Especially for its quality and for the thoughtfulness that you've applied to the cohesive presentation of related material. The result is that you've produced content that really is readily digestible in 10 to 15 minutes yet not overwhelming to those who really need to understand the points that you're making.
I've plenty of experience in these areas but I'm really enjoying seeing you explain them so well. It really is a joy... 😀...and I hope you've had as much pleasure producing these videos as I've had in watching them. Seriously, you've done a great job to bring to life what many perceive to be dry and (sadly all too often) dull subjects.
It's very obvious that you're a very knowledgable and experienced practitioner - your pragmatism smacks of valuable experience! But your real talent, I think, is helping others understand and see this world in the way that you see it and making the material slot together with Lego-like simplicity. That's not always easy to do and it's not always easy for others to grasp. You've made the material accessible to so many (who would otherwise have struggled to keep their eyes open!) and helped to democratise / spread this knowledge beyond the relatively small community within larger systems integrators - the kind that I normally work for (and you know the type!) - that are the usual (relatively senior) audience for this sort of thing.
Yeah... all in all, a really good job and something to be very proud of. Congratulations! 😉👏

I like your videos. can you make one about API and integration?
Yes, I have put it on my list :).
Really impressive explanation! Very Clear and very comprehensive! Do you have any recommended book or course for data Architecture?
Thank you for your feedback !! Sorry, I am not aware of any good data architecture books.
i love the content and the way you presented, can you please let me know how to create these kind of pictorial presentations?
Thank you Sriram! I use a combination of Canva, PowerPoint, and Doodly (doodly.com).
Thank you Jesper. It seems you need to start with data architecture?
Yes it is a good starting point, as it provides the context for data management and governance to operate better.
Can you expand more on data architecture and the different diagrams?
Yes, will do in a future video.
very good but how does master data management fit into it?
Hi Brandon, master data management is present in both data architecture, management and governance. The master data is defined in the architecture stage, master data is managed in data management, and the rules for master data management is controlled through data governance.
very good but how does master data management fit into it?
Hi sorry forgot to reply. Master Data Management (MDM) sits across all three and is a tool for data architecture to define master and reference data, for data management to manage it, and using data governance to govern the use of the MDM tool.
