    This is kind of similar to McDonald's, an Area Supervisor or Operarions Consultant. Most usually obtain this kind of position by climbing the ranks, starting out as an associate then to store management. Anyone expecting this to be a 9-5 career, think again....

    You get paid a bit more because you are doing several
    Jobs, six or seven days a week, from 6-7am to 9pm or later. Most people don’t last more than a few years max.

      @@RichColby71 you have no choice, it’s made clear it’s expected and you can’t do the role without that. They operate a very lean operation so you don’t have enough staff.
