  • Why do you climb? A question we often ask mountaineers, or sometimes ourselves when we take on a challenge that pushes us beyond the known boundaries of what is possible, or at-least what we think is. This short film dives into the hearts of passionate outdoor lovers from across India, who joined the Boots & Crampons expedition of The Kang Yatse II (6250 M), in August 2022.

Congrats on the summit!! Enjoyed the short documentary.
    I wanted to know :
    1. The level of fitness needed for 6000mts.
    2. Did you/any of your crew use oxygen cylinder for final sumit day?
Currently i can squat 60kg & bench 70kg for 10reps. Cardio is a bit weak, i can probably cover 5km in 40 mins.
