A little advice.. in down accessories(sleeping bag) you want to store them outside the compression bag when not hiking.. if not the sleeping bag will ruined and the feathers will stick each other😮🙃 And thank you for your content keep going 💪🏾
You can let it in a compressed bag for maximum 1 week , for storage at home a kind of “fish net” bag would be perfect, its the same for an inflated sleeping pad, no more than one week, before storage fold it like a cloth and let the valve open so moisture doesn’t stay
Not sure of newer bags but I never even compress my sleeping bags till I'm walking out the door. The bags heat rating is based on loft. Leaving them compressed can compromise the amount of loft. Never leave them in a compression sack.

Also just want to add it’s not great to store your expensive sleeping bags compressed like that. You only want to compress down sleeping bags when you need to pack them etc. keeping them compressed when stored for long periods of time can result in them not lofting as good when used meaning they don’t work as well as they should.
Cat summited your gear and told you what's up
Sounds like a nice day hike
Do the RX bars freeze like Cliff bars?
can i ask what your day job is to afford all this stuff and take time off to do these awesome climbs? ty!
He's a TH-camr, my dude.
that’s a sick ice axe bro
I have the same ice axe. Def a must have.
you in colorado or alaska -- lived in both myself
Could have left the smaller sleeping bag and slept in the down suit maybe?
Can yo7 add your camera gear and computer gear?
I would also love to know!
Blud knows nothing about his 20.000 dollar gear nor how to use it😅
Sounds like he do cuz,he made it bac
interesting to see the gear but the video would have profited from you thinking about what you wanted to say/do and what the things were called before turning on the camera. this way it is kind of hard to listen to.
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely couldve made it more essay like - my goal with these videos is to be as authentic as possible so no script cuts etc. (unless needed) but on a video like this which people may actually be wanting to get info from it couldve been useful
It is a kind of crazy to imagine that you even dont know technical things but still abel to climb Everest.
What is the name of this sleeping mat?
Think the cat was biting to say don’t do it 😼
How can you climb everest and seem unsure about your gear?💀💀
He doesn't know what a figure 8 is... 😧
How much is it to be able to climb
what are the liners gloves
Camera gear?
this isnt too technical of a mountain? 31:49 ? lol
Compared to others . Ropes are already all fixed
It’s actually considered a “walk up” mountain.
when i was 19 in '89....i was smoking pot and drinking beer and playing the electric guitar loud!! lol
If I bought the boots , when they get home I would open them and look at them and then say, “ now I just have to climb Everest “. I wouldn’t do it cuz I’m lazy. The end.
Great job my friend 🏔️🙏
how bout where did fellow get 20k nother question, plus 60k to climb i hear -- 20k for your gear --
I would be scared of the cats around all those very expensive down items.
Eddie Bauer has a great down suit that pretty inexpensive.
Make a video about cost…have no clue what stuff costs from Mom’s dining room. Good luck bro
I like how you recorded the trip. Puts you right with you. But this video you should have been a little more serious and to the point. Otherwise. A great adventure thanks and good luck in all your travels
Ryan can you share how old you are? Youre a total bad ass!
I watched every video you put up the past few weeks about your Ascent on everest. But bro damn do you live in an old lady's house? Lol. Tacky. I bet there's plastic on the couch lol
$20K for equipment isn’t terrible cost for a hobby!
One day my buddy decided to take flying as a sport.
The amount he spends on his hobby is insane! Just the cost of the little Cessna was 6 figures.
Then what he paid for getting his private pilots license, insurance, fuel and ongoing maintenance I think he’s crazy
Maybe its camera making him nervous.... And nervous about his trip I bet... Hope its going well
0:25 min, classic 😹
