It's a real shame for the Philippines to sale this car nearly 2 like in other country the reg price is everywhere 550000!!! Why?! Here soooooo exspensive
Thinking of getting one. The only thing hindering me is battery cost. What do you guys think about that? Is the battery pack vulnerable to the hot temperature here from March to May cuz i know they dont have battery cooling, it just relies on wind when your driving. Also, can the battery pack be damaged from tall humps?
I already got a unit… can’t pass on that value for money 😂 Battery is still my number one worry since it costs a lot so Im being really careful at avoiding to be in situations not covered by insurance and warranty.
Same as traditional cars, it’s not advisable to go higher than mid tire. Just look for other routes but if you really dont have a choice but to go through the flood, the battery and wirings are rated IP68. I read in an article as well that BYD EVs have mechanisms that when water is detected on the battery, it would automatically cut off power to avoid short circuit.

If the Phil govt truly supports modernization. Then taxes should be cut for electric vehicles

safer than traditional cars due to no intake
Yes kasi selyado ng maayos ang batteries at electronics ng EVs pero not recommended pero mas may chance na titirik ang gas cars kaysa EVs sa baha
