I've had this speaker and it embarrasses anything by JBL at a comparable price. It's doesn't have a detailed or delicate sound but it gets really loud for its size and it makes alot more bass than you'll hear out of anything remotely close in size. It's a great deal for the sound you get IMO.
Details and delicate sounds are the sign of a good speaker. it's 5 years old and sounds it

For $34 delivered w tax from Amazon, it's a no brainer. It does what it's supposed to do. I really like my Anker 2. Got it yesterday. Thanks for the review man.

When mine connects to Bluetooth, it makes a godawful loud sound. Everyone upstairs can hear it. That's totally irritating. But it had good sound and long battery life.

Because the sound of a speaker you listen when watching a TH-cam video is nothing like the sound outside of the Internet. The sun will be just as good as the sound of the laptop or smartphone you’re watching the TH-cam video in
Obviously there is no point in playing the sound, as this would be limited by your own speakers!

i use mine for audio books and light music and can get up to 48 -50 hrs.

Wanker Hardcore, I mean Anker Soundcore 2 is just an average speaker. Heavy, not as loud as expected, unimpressive sound quality, too expensive. Battery life is 7-7.5 hrs on 100% volume. I use it mostly to play white noise from my phone, so it can't cover the whole night while I'm in bed. Very average speaker, even below average, just don't have a reason to return it tho.
Pish review
Made the mistake of thinking that no way there would be any issues with aux-in latency. Well surprise suprise. the lag I have with 2 of these is simply horrendous. Should have done my homework just a bit better. This is by no means an exception either. Seems like it happens more often than not without a resolution being offerd by Anker. Other than that, they are okay. But bought them mainly to be used with the aux-in option.
I get the feeling this guy has never used or owned this 'black' speaker while finding red pics online, what a fake 'review'!
The on switch was a problem after the first six months. Now it won't switch on at all.

I've had 3 of these all of them had charging problems about to receive my 4th in 2 years. It's a cool speaker but that's not good.

@@vaastafraja5685 The plug on the speaker that charges went out 3 different times well the first one that they sent me didn't even charge at all and the other 2 I had since had the same problem. Now I'm stuck with 2 faulty speakers with no way to charge them and the warranty is over

Never wear headphones or earbuds when walking outdoors. Someone can come up from behind you and mug or kill you very easily especially the way people are desperate for money. ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings. Also never use headphones while riding a bike. You will never hear cars coming up from behind you or from the side. You will be dead or injured and you will have never seen or heard it coming!
