    First time doing yoga after 1.5 years (and exercise in general after about 6 months) so this was challenging! I modified poses when I could. Only way to get better is practice and I think I got the benefit of moving my body - some movement is better than none!

    Love seeing @BK Yoga Club (BYC?) here on the @Well&Good channel.
    Alicia and Paris are such lovely teachers and their flows are enjoyable, but push you through poses to ensure you feel invigorated once done.
