If the goal of yoga was to do the poses in a certain way and hold them, then you'd be terrible. It's not though! Just do them, with the exception of injuring yourself, there's no wrong way to do yoga.

I'm terrible at yoga 😂😂 i can't keep balanced and the coordination it takes makes me look kinda like a flopping fish
