Wow, you used to drink n run out of money and call your parent come m bail you out !!! Hiyo ni kuku enable. Na ninasikia kuna kitu huitwa 'tough love'. Ambapo wazazi wasikuzoeshe or give in into your destructive behavior. 18:05
I know of a lady who was married to a Japanese and had two children , the husband and her mother in law loved her and the kids but somehow alcohol intake took the tool on her , she died of it 😢her brother had to come all the way to take her home for final rest and for their mother to see her which costed him a lot of money 😢 Any addiction is bad 😢😢😢phone addiction included .
When I had this story I get worried of my son who I know for sure he does betting game With his phone Am happy kiki recovered from her addiction My prayers and hopes goes to all who are addict to recover 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Peer pressure and wrong friends ruining the future of our youth. The mother misled the girl by telling her it's ok to drink but kunywa kidogo which assured her that she was doing a good thing by drinking. Parenting is a challenge in this digital world where children can access anything just in their phone

Well one thing with most people is that they drink na bila kukula vizuri before and after plus kukunywa fluids juices, milk, water etc plus having a good good sleep, I'f after drinking you jenga mwili na vyakula and not just nyama tupu, other kinds of balance diet. Plus it's very important not to allow alcohol to control you, say big no to daily drinking it's very possible to control it's all in the mind. Kukula vizuri na kulala vizuri na kunywa fluids kwa wingi you will never experience those withdrawal sides effects. Mtu akikunywa kama Saturday ensure to take a break of a week or 2 or a month' and during that time nikukula na kulala vizuri ata saa mbili pm inakupata bed , lack of eating well and sleeping ni adui kubwa sana ya pombe.
hivo ndio inaanzanga, I can control it somebody says..The moment it gets a hold of you hutajua hujui plus there are people where it is genetic only waiting for you to trigger it,,downward spiral pap!
My coping mechanism is Black strong Coffee 3times a day & lots of Junk food,I have gained so much weight. Is this an addiction or it's normal for others?

Hiyo challenge ya gari nni kujiwekea lawama if you were late in a uber youd be late in a car. And transporting someone with your private car from kisii ni kuongeza bill doesnt make sense
Inspiring stories but normalize switching to a language that the interviewee is most comfortable with especially Swahili.... you don't have to stick to English when clearly the person is struggling to express themselves... you make it difficult and it's kinda humiliating

Food addiction ,try and do healthy foods or nuts when you feel down.
It's an addiction and you will end up with low esteem issues. Why not try a good church you can spend time there?
