Thanks for this interesting perspective! So much depth to this show. Absolutely one of my favorite shows of all time, and I'm a grown adult. :P But boy, saying that Hunter's relationship with Belos was "not good" - that's the understatement of the century! Regarding Lulu and Hootsifer...errr...Lilith and Hooty...I think its very clear that they, along with all of Eda, King, Luz, love each other very much and that Lilith and Hooty form an especially strong connection. They are absolutely a family and form very deep bonds. I don't think we have great words to describe "a deep and strong love that's not romantic or 'genetically' familial, and maybe it shows something wrong with our society that we DON'T have a good word for that. Also, yes, Luz and Amity are the cutest couple ever, though I think they just barely beat out Nick and Charlie from Heartstopper. Its super close.

well just because she is neruodivegent doesn't give her a right to bring spiders' snakes and fire works to school they had the right to tell her that was wrong also before her and amity became friends and then girlfriends luz kept on trying to force amity into being her friend she also has other neruodivergent traits that you didn't mention but that's something different
