Literally make it for dinner, lunch or weekend breakfast with friends and family and everyone will be happy 😃
With just some simple ingredients you can make this delicious, hearty recipe! Easy! Quick, delicious, mouthwatering Potato omelet recipe! The filling can be whatever you prefer! Ingredients:
Yield: 3-4 people
7-8 potatoes
6-7 Eggs (depends on size)
1/2 onion
4 slices of ham
Cheddar cheese
Salt
olive oil

absolutely marvelous ! i will add more cheese, some green in the final fry time, like spinach. I will not flip it but cover it and allow it to finish cooking and at that point add the cheese on top with some fresh tomato, green onion and allow it just enough time to melt, meld, and be yummy too. Oh i will add some spice to it, I like food spicy. Thank you for your wonderful recipe. We will enjoy it for years to come. Oh yeah we cannot forget the dogs...what a great treat dinner for them. Of course without the chili's.
