    Oh Daniel you are such a blessing :) I just finished writing my first short story and am now ready to start publishing and was looking at info on how to create and eBook. That is how I came across you. I have written in Word and this is so easy. Who knew! I will surely be following you. I'm addicted.

    excellent tutorial. my challenge was formatting in canva, and designrr since I had to make adjustments for conversion that are time consuming.

    Very detailed and great info. Thanks a bunch Daniel. I actually did a How To Play Guitar book in Word many years ago...it wasn't an E-Book but it turned out nicely. This video will probably come in handy for me down the road. Much appreciated!

    sorry if this is a silly question, but which year I should write in copyright part - f.e. if I wrote a book 10 years ago and now I'm putting it out of the drawer and want to publish it online, should I put the date when I finished the book or the year of online publication?

    Great video, thanks. Re T of C - aside from the cover, first page of eBook is Title page - "Book Name" in Heading 1 style then author down below. When T of C is created it uses the text "Book Name" - whereas for a Kindle ebook for example, it should actually say "Title" in the T of C. Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks

      Thanks for watching. Great question. You should be manually able to include the title using the Kindle Create software.

    How do you obtain a legit copyright? Do digital eBooks in PDF format need an ISBN number similar to that of self publishing in KDP, etc.?

      Copyright is deemed to attach upon completion of the work. You can then if you wish register the copyright at copyright.gov.... no you do not need and ISBN to publish the Kindle ebook - but you can if you wish. You can obtain them at RR Bowker. I hope this helps.

      Not really Canva templates don't really play nice with MS Word.

      Thanks for the question. If you're designing your ebook in MS Word then I believe you should use minimal graphics because they are difficult to format. If you do use them they should be centered with no text wrap. Hope this helps.

      If you have a subscription to Office 365 (formerly Microsoft Office) you will always have the latest version. You will also have OneDrive, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Calendar. This is one subscription I always have, and it's pretty cheap.
