It truly warms my heart to see two legendary icons like this still crushing it after all these years. Love them... and LOVE Only Murders in the Building! If you haven't watched it yet, trust me... it does NOT disappoint.
Everytime I see an episode of "Only Murders In the Building" it makes me want to move to New York. I adore the show! It proves some of us get better and better with age. Selena Gomez is a gem and how lucky is she to get two work with these two wild men.

I love this. Makes me miss all the times Short would come onto Conan and troll him throughout each interview.
Martin Short absolute kills any interview he's does. There are plenty of comedians who are unable (or unwilling) to adapt their comedic style to the changing times, but he is certainly not one of them. All of his jokes still manage to feel fresh. It's also unreal how much energy he still has for someone his age.
He's only 72 which doesn't sound old to me as I'm 69 with 2 jobs and so forth and so on.
He had a really funny appearance with Bette Davis in her last years, its on TH-cam somewhere. She totally trolled him by pretending his impression of her was so bad she couldn't recognize it lol
He kind of reminds me of another legend, Don Rickles, in that he can just riff like it's nothing. You get the sense that he doesn't even have to have prepared material, he just goes with what pops in his head off the cuff. He's always been a delight.

Keep him underrated. It’s what makes him really good. Otherwise, he’d end up like Kevin Hart, who appears in every movie and his comedy just gets dull over time because it’s the same thing and we’ve seen it so much

I kind of wish they'd come on a little less prepared. It's all ba-dum-dum jokes. They are both naturally funny and it would be nice to just see them gently riff and actually get a breath in. This appearance was just okay.

Wow these two are so good! The quick wit and perfectly timed punchlines. A lot of Martins jokes were also SUPER relevant to today as well. It’s honestly amazing to see two best friends living there best lives and still working together.
I saw Steve and Martin's show a few years ago, and these two were fabulous. It was so iconic to see them in person, having grown up with their movies and comedy.

These two are comedy GOLD. Martin Short's banter is seriously the funniest thing on late night TV. His interviews are hysterical. Jimmy Fallon's over exaggerated laughter always makes me cringe, but it's worth putting up with when you have Martin and Martin.
