He proposed a memorial in #Leeds for #DavidOluwale when he spoke about his book Foreigners -- Three English Lives (2007) at Leeds Metropolitan (now Beckett) University in 2008.     Our You Tube site contains a film of the whole of the first Blue Plaque ceremony, and clips of each speaker's contribution are bing uploaded in the coming days.
