If the Velcro is on the inside of each shoulder it’s because there use to be removable shoulder pads attached with Velcro. I have a button up that had them :)

For the zipper, take some unused candle wax (a candle) and rub along the zipper. It should work just fine again

Use wax paper on your bag’s zipper to make it easier to open and close! It’s an old retail trick I learned a while back!
Or the base of a candle, if you have that but don’t have wax paper in the house 🙂
I've used crayons also. Anything wax based works great!

You can use clipper oil or mineral oil on zippers!
Zipper ease is a grease you can use to put on zipper tracks to make them easier to open and close 😊
