Very nice finds! I saw someone sprinkle some bar keepers friend and a little peroxide and vinegar to remove a set in stain on a shirt and it took it out! Maybe you can try it on that dress. What do you think are the best days and times to go to bins in miami?
I wonder if it will work on black? Looks like the fabric has been lightened already w the stain. I love the bins on the weekends here actually! Maybe with back to school weekdays will be less crowded. Where are you located / how are your bins?

The print on that blue tiered skirt is called toile it's pronounced "t'wall". Its French provincial inspired.
Speaking of French. That pink floral dress by Avec Les Filles dress is an expensive dress. The label translates from French as "With The Girls". 😊
