Getting thousands of wither roses by farming Steve and his friends

Today we are using a pet wither to convert minecraft players into wither roses.

The theoretical fastest xp farm would be Steve with ~10000xps so he would drop single xp orb.
You would just need thousands of Steve's slowly farming xp
