Tuolumne County in California is a major hotspot, which includes Yosemite and probably the location of the Sierra Sounds recordings. I live here and have had many experiences with Sasquatch. But there's very little advertising about it or talk among locals. It's just not a big thing at all. No one gives it a second thought. I understand that many other places make a big deal of it. We just don't. They're here. Period.

Be cautious when trying to interpret any kind of digital image. Especially when you are viewing only one frame of video and those taken with infrared light illuminated cameras (and also not the native, raw video that was originally captured). @1:10:11 The longer exposure times native to these cameras is misleading. That, along with compression and the general software image processing, leads to all sorts of "illusions" as to what you are really seeing. While it may have been a creature with fur, you cannot determine that accurately from this one still frame. Including the true length, if it was fur. Looking closely and objectively at your video frame at @1:11:12 as compared to a clear scene still at @1:10:33, you can see that there are portions of the long-leaf (fern?) foliage being displayed. This one frame is in transition from some prior highly overexposed (bright) frames to the next clearer frames. Giving it the illusion that there is some sort of long fur. Makes the existing fern leaves temporarily look blurrier, or thicker, than they really are.
