If it's possible to be "blown away" by a work of these modest dimensions, then I certainly have been! What a stylish, exquisite, gorgeous, delightful, and altogether winning opus this is, an extraordinarily fine late masterpiece by one of Germany's greatest composers. No, I'm sure I'm not overestimating this; wonderful and beautiful things do come in small packages!
