I am still working on shop storage - building some tool holders helped to clear some of the clutter - if you are interested in how I made the shop, you can check out these three videos.

How's she goin'? The French Clear Wall is being put to good use now. The more tools you have the more that wall will be a benefit!!! Looks great!! Nice idea for the circ saw holder I must say. I really enjoy your editing!!! Take care!!

The holder for the Circular Saw and the Jig Saw have been amazing since I finished them, it is so handy to pick up and drop back down.

Great, I love cleat walls! Couldn’t see how your screw driver one hooked over the cleat?

Shops are never done, and there are always going to be new tools to add to the wall. That is why I like yours and that there is room for expansion. I would suggest that you sand the surface rust off of your cast iron and steel power tools and give them a light coating of WD-40 or paste wax. Not only will they look nicer, but they will last much longer and perform better too. The rust on the drill press table can be transferred to wood and that can be hard to remove. Just a suggestion.

I think you've missed the whole engineering principle of French cleats: your load should sit BELOW the cleat, not above it.

      Correct - 3/4" birch plywood
