Basically very few people use redhat now . I would recommend Linux mint over Ubuntu , Linux mint is based on Ubuntu but it's better than Ubuntu. And Linux mint uses cinnamon desktop environment by default. My first distro was Linux mint now I am using arch.
@@straf4180 type "root" for username; then it will change the root password; after that you can log in as root; also you can add or remove other username too!
