    Anger, anxiety, or laughter, our three reactions to the world the way it really is. Laughter is the best choice. Laughter is letting go. Anger and anxiety is hanging on. Better to let go but not all people can or will.

    Oh how cool! Live streaming the Sutta class, thanks so much! :)
    The last 5 days I've accidentally come across several Buddhists in person and it's very interesting. Tibetan and Therevada :) Anyway, super cool to see Ajahn Nissarano up there too! You all take care of yourselves now, cheers! 🙏😊🙋

    emotions are things that happens inside you so for being happy u dont have to search things outside yourself to make you happy if u see something in you thats unhappy and u accept it and invite it and be kind and loveing with it than it turns in to being happy if u allow yourself to be how you are and with this emotions and u see that there is nothing u have to do about it than u are happy and in peace resistance is always something inside us a resistance to a feeling if we feel it we resist it and want to change it thats being unhappy resistance is never outside only inside atleast i never felt any unhappy feeling outside my body it was always inside me and if u make peace with it it will transform or atleast it goes away if u have love for yourself and in yourself than this love automatically spreads outward to your loved ones and other people but if inside u is this war and resistance going on and you try to change it in changeing something outside than u make war outside too greetings from germany

    But how do you love someone without getting attached to them?

    • @tnt01
      @tnt01 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. I want to know this. I can never seem to do this? How is it possible.?I mean, we get attached to our pets, how can we not get attached to humans?.....unless of course, you are a narcissist or sociopath.

      Shashi Kiran That depends on what you mean by “love.” Is there such a thing called love? What is Love? What you and I call love is the result of conditioning. What you call love is really attachment.

      Attachment could be love and hatred. Both are attachment and cause suffering. Claim down the desire of grasping someone by emotion and train self to be mindful and mindful . Open your heart, bigger, vast enough to contain all beings, you will know the true love without attachment

    Does BSWA endorse these products you are advertising?
    What is Brighter Image Dental lab? Does it really work? If I’m not satisfied can I get my money back?

      I think they allow them to help cover the costs of the video presentations, offered freely. Also, I think so long as the ads are inoffensive they're allowed. Like, you'll probably not see ads for casinos 😁

    • @liliaeable
      @liliaeable 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think they started to allow them last year. I remember a talk where it was discussed that they were doing it as a trial run to be sure there were no ads "for women's underwear" or things that some might deem inappropriate, but I certainly would not assume they chose their specific ads. They have little power over it, and deserve any income they can glean from this highly beneficial video
