I like playing this film before watching a film like Nosferatu or Cabinet of Dr. Caligari around Halloween. This will definitely be my go to version of the film. Bravo!!

Was it hand-colored, or was it early two-strip process? I can't imagine coloring in those fires by hand. The detail is so perfect. I wouldn't be surprised if it was two-strip.
It's 6.50 am Christmas Eve and I just came across this . I absolutely enjoyed it. For it's age the effects are amazing . I believe the first piece of music was the Ritual Fire Dance. (I think ) either way it went very well with the film . You have done a fantastic job colourising and restoring it. Just to add it was more entertaining than a lot of the tripe on TV .
