Can't speak for him but I've won locals 5 weeks straight with Sharks. I can give you my opinion. I would say, before you do anything, add Desires. The one ofs are non-essential. Worst case scenario is still positive for you. After that it's just whatever handtraps/staples are good in the format or at your locals. I'm currently experimenting with Gamma which has the added benefit of protecting Princess. I play 3 White Mirror, but I also play Utopic Draco Future instead of the zoos. That meams Buzzsaw + White Mirror = 2x Toad + UDR (& Recycles Buzzsaw + Angler)
Why is it people use Rare Fish instead of Mudragon of the Swamp? Mudragon gives targeting protection for your Water monsters. What does Rare Fish do? It just sits there doing nothing. I get it can be helpful with some quick Xyz plays, but anything else?

They wont be banning Toad for a while. Make it. It is cheap, pretty fun and by the time they do ban Toad youll be bored with this deck.

It’s Zeus effect, if an XYZ attacked in the battle phase then you can special summon the LV 12 aka Zeus on top the lower LV xyz
