This is by design. Most medical professionals grew up on a welfare-reformist mindset, so the less black babies and mothers survive, the less welfare is doled out. Negative but true.
Poor healthcare, obesity rates, waiting too late to have children, etc. As a Black man infant and maternal mortality is something that stays at the top of my mind not only when it comes to selecting potential mates.
I’m thinking it’s something genetics. Bc we had high infant mortality rates for ever even before obesity and Asians who have the best rates usually wait later to have kids
@@homeconcoctions4938agreed. The original commentor sounds like a passport bro. Too eager to over generalize things about black and brown women which blames them for everything. White women are also obese because 50% of Americans are now considered obese, and that is not limited to the black population, nor are black disproportionately obese per their percentage of the population. Comments like these are dangers.
Middle class black women are being ignored ....we don't get access to these services because "we make too much"....I NEVER get vacations, my shoes are all worn down, I haven't gotten much in clothes and still wear some clothes from high school as a necessity and they are wearing out. I pay my bills and my reward is to not have the support......they need to reconsider the guidelines
Then you have never dealt with one of the NASTY ones because this is a FACT. I've seen it first hand. Count your blessings you haven't crossed paths with one of them...not sure why they are in health care....completely misfits
Poor medical care for all blacks is prevalent. Please show more series about inferior medical care provided to: infants and children; tweens and teens; adults and seniors; male/female/LGBTQ+. and follow-up series showing what good care looks like for these populations. Sounds like a whole season!
A good follow-up program to this should be called, "What Does Good Medical Care Look Like?"
Thank you for the feedback!
good

It’s so interesting that no one has formed black hospitals or birth centers we can’t make others care, not now not ever 😮
Please correct the record
A nurse will not tell Serena she is confused it must have been a MD

Medical integral care is colorless, just compassionate and caring of all.. black, red, white and yellow...
Amen 🙏
It's not like she had to worry about insurance interest of the kind-of procedure she needed.
