My Cousin told me about these poles. I’ve been looking for a decent margin pole for a while at an affordable price point. Unfortunately my old margin pole has given up the ghost after many years of faithful and reliable service. My dad bought it off of a tackle shop owner for me when I was about 14. I’m 25 now and have landed many a zoo creature over the years using it, landing my PB carp so have many fond memories and am very sad to see it go. I can’t think of a better way to honour it than to buy a brand new margin pole with my own money and take it out to the first place I fished with my old margin pole. I have good impressions from the A-Class range from what I have seen so have ordered the 13 metre version as I’ll be going to Decoy lakes, Rookery and Westwood lakes so the length will definitely come in handy. I’m looking forward to seeing it properly and making many memories with it.

Update: brilliant pole. I went to Rookery last week and Decoy yesterday. The pole handled double figure carp no problem and that says a lot considering I had to fish tight to snaggy areas on both occasions. You can fish with it shallow at full length surprisingly easy considering it’s a long margin pole. It’s a fitting replacement to my old margin pole and a great way to honour such a trusty and reliable piece of kit that I’ve made many memories with. I also managed to bag third place in the match at Decoy yesterday so extremely happy. Only concern is to check the pole before you use it. I checked over all the sections myself the day I picked it up and noticed that the cupping kit had splinters coming off it but after the tackle shop showed it to the rep, they sent out a replacement straight away. I will say that Guru needs to look for another courier service as the replacement that was sent out was broken in four places by the courier service and even had the cheek to write “not damaged” despite the tube being pretty much folded in two places. 😂 Let’s hope this replacement that they’ll send out this time won’t suffer the same fate.

How did they feel? Guttered I could get down to the big one this year. Any worries idea on price and size on the n gauge pole? Thanks
A CLASS POLES eally good mate. The N gauge felt really good the RRP 1700 i think and 2024 release.

Yes mate, but i think they will add one at some stage. But in fairness you can add the one that suits you. A lot of people change Daiwas ones for Rolla pullas.
