My pelvic has tilted due to flat feet which causes knees and lower back pain. I was wondering if I was the wear insoles will it even my pelvic and create an arch in my feet?
Hi Bespoke insoles are a recognised treatment option for flat feet but we would always recommend that you come in for a consultation because everybody's feet are different.Contact us: into@londonorthotics.co.uk or phone 020 8974 9989. Best wishes The LOC Team
insoles will only support you when you have them on. It’s like smashing a broken bridge together. As soon as that support is gone the damage is still there and you better believe that bridge will crumble even more without that support. Do flat foot exercises every day to train your calf to do what your foot can’t. Seek a highly respected chiropractor to adjust your hip and other bones. It will take some time to adjust but you will be able to run and walk without those stupid things on, not to mention having bomb ass calves.
@@liamjonas5336 l have high arches and trying to wing out of the orthotics had four different ones and hurt my feet now my hip and lower back hurts and a tilted pelvis wearing reg shoes and I'm hurting
Hi The insoles we produce are manufactured according to the orthotist's assessment of what the problem is. They may provide more support to one part of the foot than another for example. Best wishes The LOC Team
