once i buy a lightiny, i also want to dismantle it just to put fake flowers inside bUT I CAN'T FIND ANY INDEPTH TUTORIAL ON HOW TO AND NOW I'M SCARED BC I MIGHT BREAK IT
It was trial and error, and the plastic has scratches from me pulling the top little strip off. The copper part above the on button, you have to apply alot of pressure around it, and just twist. I promise you you wont break it, mine didnt. The top little copper part is glued, so I twisted and knifed it off. I'm planning on putting flowers on mine too, in the future.
I'm super late, but would like to ask, if I were to glue my rhinestones on the lightiny w/o painting it first, would it be okay? also, does the stones fall off after some time?
It would, but the glue will be more noticable, and if you can find detail it, I bet it would look great! Mine looks pretty tacky up close, and the rhinestones do fall off after some time if not properly coated when initially placed. Hope this helps, thank you for watching!

Getting it open wont matter, you cant put anything inside. There is a plastic peice blocking the bottom of the glove. If you want to put things inside, open it from the very top. It s a small holez but better than nothing
The compass needle on my lightiny fell, how do i fix it??? Help.. T..T do you think if I opened the top part i could use a tweezer and just glue it back? :'(
I think that the attempt could be worth it! But if you cant get it to stick back, try something new! You can attach a string to the compass needle and glue it to the top of the copper, so that way itll hang instead being in the center. And the bottom you push in a few flowers with it! I jsut recommend to do what you can, and personalize it if it doesnt work out!
It cant be opened form the bottom, unless you want to melt a plastic hole. If you can pop of the top piece, I'd try to get tweezers to bull it up, put some glue and try to fix it? Or tie a string to it and glue it to the top... at least your lightstick will have a different ◇glam◇
There is no point opening it from the bottom, but you can try to twist off the copper on the top. It took some hacking and brute force to get it off, I'd try to be gentle, but not to gentle.

Taling the globe off is useless, its completely sealed on the bottom, anything you want to put in, you'll have to do it from the top.

Yes I did! It's very tight, but if you kepe pulling it off, it will loosen and you might have to glue it in place.

what kind of glue did you use?
I believe it was the B-7000 glue, but it also could've been E6000

You **cant** put in anything through the bottom because of the hourglass. If you want to put anything in it, just take the top copper strip.
