Hi, thanks for this very interesting series. I'd love to see videos on his treatment(s) of the works of Meister Eckhart, Jacob Boehme, and William Blake; as well as Goethe, Fichte and Hegel. My first introduction to Jung came in the late '80s, through his Foreword to the English trans. of the Wilhelm Edition of the I Ching; and next his Commentary on the Secret of the Golden Flower, also translated by Richard Wilhelm. If there are any other materials in Jung's works which further expand on those topics, I'd like to eventually see a video covering those, please. Third, I wonder what Jung made of the works of William James? And if he ever commented on the New Thought Metaphtsical Movement which flourished in the USA and Great Britain, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries? James wrote, in his 'Varieties of Religious Experience', that the writings of Thomas Troward were the best specimens of that particular metaphysical school.
I have sincerely enjoyed and learned greatly from this series. It has brought clarity to many inner workings that have troubled me for several years. Thank you. Did I hear somewhere in one of your lectures that you are from Michigan? Detroit was is? I do not recall exactly.
Not long after unio mentalis, the self realised there is nothing to fear and soon after is when the gates of bliss opened up. Although each experience is subjective, there is an objective nature to them all that Jung has pointed out and your lectures have been wonderful in highlighting this objective nature to all who have ears to listen. I have study the red book , Peter Kingsley , Plato Socrates , Plato Parmenides Proclus and everything I could find from Pierre Grimes , Edward Edinger . Read most of Dr Jung books and watched you video over and over. I finally mostly starting to get it. (So what is ) it’s a beautiful journey thanks you. Pierre

Nice work brother. While looking at the diagram, I recognized its connection with many ascension work , kabbala , kundalini, and religous practices. There is a massive amount of information being referred to in his diagram. Each with multiple facets and depths of innerstanding.
It is Jung's passion for psychology and the condition of man in its journey that pulled Jung into his experiences. Everyone else is forced more often then not from experiences that causes the soul to stir. ❤

Great work Humble-U Media on Carl Jung. Abraxas is said to be central to Gnosticism, but none of the Nag Hammadi texts refer to Abraxas, which is a mystery. The name Abraxas shows up later in the writings of Gnostic commentators such as Basilides. Carl Jung also speaks of Abraxas in his writings on Gnosticism. What's strange is that none of the Nag Hammadi texts (like "On the Origin of the World", or "The Secret Book of John", or "The Gospel of Thomas", or the biggest of them all, "Pistis Sophia") speak of Abraxas.

Great series! Very enjoyable. Although Jung was very interesting, I can’t help but feel as if he has a way of over complicating everything. If your goal is to know the true self there are much simpler methods that great mystics have pointed to. Turning over every stone up the mountain is not necessary in my humble opinion. 🙏
This reminds me of becoming bacchuses, through Dionysus (or keepers of our irrational nature). It is said that Phanes passed the sceptre to Nyx; Nyx later gave the sceptre to her son Ouranos; Cronus seized the scepter from his father Ouranos; and finally the scepter held by Cronus was seized by Zeus, who holds it at present. Some Orphic myths suggest that Zeus intends to pass the scepter to Dionysus.
Ibne arabi wrote about shadow play of the puppets, and he unpraises those who takes the shadow as mere play. he says that the shadow play is where your religion and lesson is to be found to tap the unseen .

Munch appreciation for your "discernment" and direction.Seems much is lost in exegesis as always, however glimmers show thru. Perhaps the pupil must, NOT discard, but without fear, open up to TRUTH of a different order. There is a lot of paradoxality in both Jung and in your exposition. There is affirmation and negation, and alteration as a wave like function that moves through and between, ascending and descending - like a type of music. And there is the silent centre, or the point. Jung's is a poetic and noetic science, and it does not reduce well - nor should it - to provide more of a movement that is not unlike the whirl of the dervish. Perhaps man can yet keep something small and bright when the furies of his struggles in this existence have been fully spent. After the tempest, a type of peace, but not an easy one, because of the grave harms that have been explosively expressed in our struggles. I am still not optimistic about my kind and what we do. The music that I hear is a durge of mourning as we burn nature down to ashes, and with it unveil a terrible consumptive urge. Will a phoenix rise from these ashes? I don't know. Nature is a complex and beautiful weave, a mycelial blanket which in our madness we rip to pieces in a franxious tarantism.

You mentioned fear as the reason people turn away from the Gods. But it is overcoming this fear that leads to the gods trust.
