    Yah elections in Singapore are free but not fair in the slightest.

      It's fair just that we lack quality opposition and also reputable people to be given a chance to run. When the best you can put is someone whose agenda is to bring Wokeism and Defund the Police agenda to Parliament, you need to question your talent pool.
      PAP is not good but we dun have much alternatives

      Nonsense and Excuses… Every political party at some point in time lacks experience, “quality” or “reputable” people to run the country and that includes the PAP. The reasons you claimed DOES NOT justify why citizens should ignore how the PAP has over time CHANGED the constitution to stifled Democracy and Diversity in politics. Not to mentioned, suing Opposition candidates for the SLIGHTEST disagreement or opinions!

      @@Callsign-Blade_RunnerSGthen why do the majority of Singaporean voters consistently vote overwhelmingly for PAP every single election since independance? You don't see that in Malaysia, UK or even USA. PAP must be doing something right despite changing constitution and all that you mention, majority Singaporeans still voted for the PAP.

    Not always the case. If one can't perform in GE with a solid ground victory. Even though he has already been designated he has to go. Ex. DPM Heng and a few SAF generals. At least PAP still cares about their overall votes percentage.

    To begin with, I think the comedian should be respectful to his country, and bear in mind that in Malaysia, there are many parties to choose from, literally...
    In Singapore, not much choice anyway 🤷‍♂️

    • @arugono
      @arugono 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are many choices but no one is gonna compete against another opposition party to divide the vote against the PAP.
      Malaysia has the pro-BN and anti-BN. Then many parties within those 2 alliances. Singapore is PAP and every other rainbow coloured party. It's similar yet different.

    • @mahukar

      @@arugono..... BN in Malaysia currently is a failing party
      There are now 2 powerful factions here, between PH and PN
      BN is now just a dwarf within PH
      So Malaysia now have 2 viable choices

      @mahukar
      Firstly, I don’t think you have a clue of What a Stand Up Comedy is Coming from a country WHO CLAIMS that it is a Democracy but lacks basic Civil Liberties. Lastly, whether a comedian was “respectful or otherwise”, is also SUBJECTIVE. Some people likes the honesty as it helps to reflet the current State of affairs in their countries.

    • @arugono
      @arugono 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@mahukar you mean 2 choices in theory but in practice it's really who BN supports that rules. Even when BN loses it will Worm it's way into power via alliances and horse trading.
      Also BN isn't a party. It's an alliance of parties. Umno, MIC and MCA.
