kml files are not the same as shapefiles. You can import a kml file into ArcMap though, and then you can visualize it. Instructions are available here: desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/conversion-toolbox/kml-to-layer.htm
@@DonBoyes thank you a million times. That's exactly what I was trying to say. I already have the kml file and I wanted to visualize it in 3D. I want to see the possibility of predicting flooding on a farmland
Is there a way to export the elevations into revit? Like a point cloud. The software seems to be able to create Z elevations based on color shading.
