If anything, the Deviant Diablos will most likely be the One-Horned Demon King from MHFU. Not only was it tough af, chances are not many people managed to bring it down. And we all know how deviants are formed, right?
That's exactly a thing they did in 4U, though. That first Gore you 'kill' and are totally allowed to carve it turns out was just extremely dead-looking because Gores are weird like that. It'd be a bit weirder for a plain DIablos to do that but I mean shit man, I'd take it for a moment like what you'd get seeing that fuckin' same monster again.
Cobalt Kirikizan Eh just cuz they did it before doesn't mean they should do it again. If they're gonna do that whole story thing, the best way would be to capture the diablos and make sure you can't sever the tail. Bonus points if it starts the hunt with one horn broken or if it's super easy to break. Unfortunately I doubt they'd do anything like that due to how un-story centric Generations is and XX most likely will be.
I hope they bring back mossiwine jerky that shit was broken AF ( and just in case you have been living under a rock what it s does is it heals all your red health)
Cooked sushifish is the closet equivalent I've found to the mosswine jerky in MH gen. It has the same effects but the eating animation takes ages to finish. Run away from the monster to a safe place is more or less the only way to use it but it gets the job done and it can potentially spare you a mega potion or more!

transmog is an awesome thing, altho ever since many games started it i always was biased about it in MH, sets means you see what someone wears and you know what it does. mosnter armors are a trademark that shows you what they do. also, since it relies on what the monster is good or bad at, it just made sense that transmog is not a thing. but,... even if they dont come up with a good reason that is immersive, Id say, I can stand a liitle bit of loss of immersion for the sake of fashion hunting^^
3 or 2 days depending on country and we can start seeing people play Double Cross boys! I can't wait to see Canta and Gaijin play MhXX once it comes out.
I don't have a japanese 3ds or the money to do all the stuff just to play the game earlier so my only option until it comes out in the west is to wait for it, then I will buy it and play it myself. There's nothing else that I can do aside from that if i want to know the game as early as I can.
It's kinda cool that you can make mixed sets look like full sets from what I've seen, doesn't stop people from doing Fashion Hunter of course but at least it helps people that like full sets like me.

Being able to transmogrify armor... This. I am very, very excited for this. Now, as I guard-oriented lancer I don't have to suffer through the appearance of the _EX Rathian_ armor. I can have something aesthetically appealing like... Lagiacrus (fantastic lance armor, by the way, it carried me through half the game)! The new deviants look stunning, and that new lance art is totally gonna be my main art. Healing allies whenever you heal? Hell, sign me up. #MHXXForTheWest
Transmog... ahh. Yes. Yes, that'll do nicely Capcom. I'm very much a fan of that idea. The amount of times I've gone hunting just for a set that looks nice only to not be able to use it, along with liking the look of some LR or HR armours more than their G-rank versions. This is a really big thing and I'm in love with the idea already.
I get not liking the item delivery - I'm kinda iffy on it in concept. But I admit I've occasionally forgotten to grab Cold Drink or something similar which is really inconvenient. So it might just be a nice quality of life issue for situations like that.
MhXX is going to be so good that I can't see how MH5 will surpass it when it eventually comes out,how is it going to fill the spot that arts and styles gave us (I'm assuming they will not be in MH5, I hope I'm wrong because I love those)

there's a small chance. lack of dual screens could be an issue, and so far MHXX is under-selling, which makes it even less likely to do really well in the west.

well, we don't know for sure yet. according to sales numbers, MHXX didn't do very well in japan so far compared to previous titles, and since the west is more picky about "Ultimate" games, we may not see it at all.
They should add more item set slots, hell, more set slots in general. As well as add a horizontal parabolic arc with respect to the Prowler's view for aiming when charging up a boomerang. Map it to holding R.

Is there gonna be any end-game content other than just G-rank missions? because I really liked the randomized GQ missions in MH4U, they got me to HR 999, sheer variety and difference of missions after all of G-rank missions were done was very fun for me. I usually finish what Im doing in G-rank after about 100-150 hours, which goes by pretty fast for me.
I'm a western player, to some at least. Florida born. I'm excited for double cross (XX). The armor features are interesting. I'd enjoy the chance to create a mix set that doesn't look thrown together with separate, not so appealing, pieces of armor. I main adept longsword now a days. I started back with the first MHFreedom and MHFreedom 2 on PSP and had been playing MHUnite on my vita for awhile. I didn't play much of 3Ulimate I wasn't a fan of a console version. I need a portable version to create the proper experience. Generations is my addiction now haha. I've only played for 2 and a half months now, but I've broken my HR limit finally. I'm still new to the hunting arts and I skipped 4ultimate, so a few monsters like Najarala, Kechu Watcha, and Seltas Queen that are familiar to some are fresh to me. I had my issues with him in the past, but Diablos is a great addition and a welcomed return! More so than the likes of Congalala. Inner self: Bring on the flagship deviants!!!! Astalos owes me money! Haha 😂 I'm still feeling my way around the land of the Prowlers, that being said, I'm not very much affected by the beast mode and newly updated cat training/renaming aspects. Congalala and the two rock wyverns, Gravios and Basarios... those are monsters I could definitely do without. They're just a massive pain to fight, and if 4U was any indication, they don't even make any good and/or interesting stuff, aside from Gravios's HBG in 4U. Congalala is just obnoxious, and the rockies are honestly just more flying wyverns with the same basic old skeleton and slow predictable movements, that bring challenge through little more than the fact that melee weapons just bounce off of them all the time. Meanwhile, for ranged weapons, they're more or less cannon fodder, and I expect this to be especially true now with the presence of Adept and Brave styles.
Will ALL the monsters from X/Gen be in the new game? The one i especially care about is Alatreon. Haven't huntes that thing since the MH Tri servers went down.
I'm EXCITED any Transmogging but I was really hoping for an announcement of a Nintendo Switch version lol RIP the dream, at least it keeps the 3DS alive!

I'm a little bit bummed about the Transmogging personally. It's not a bad idea at all, but I've always been a fashion hunter, sometimes to the point of going into a hunt with zero active skills just to look good!! I liked knowing that a lot of times in order to be a really good fashion hunter, you'd have to actually be really really good! Pro Hunter stuff! Naked and Afraid quest good! I will love being able to get my mixed sets to look just the way I wanted but I'll admit, I'll miss actually putting armor parts together that work well together skill wise and fashion wise.. it's just going to get rid of some of the fun is all. I'm sure I'll still have some non-transmogged mixed sets though, so I'll still have my fun.
well the resupply mid quest can be helpful for gunners on long solo quests. no mater how many times i took more combine stuff i have very often find myself shooting norm lvl 1, so i like the idea. like an extra bag.
Okay could you please investigate what exactly is up with leveling maxed out weapons into the G rank and how that works? I've been curious about this since the game was announced, ESPECIALLY for if/how it works with Deviant gear.

Transmogrification is originally from World of Warcraft (WoW for short). There you could combine the best gear pieces to create the ultimate set so the fact that they're bringing it to MHXX is amazing and has endless possibilities. The fact that it's only available to G rank hunters is no big deal as it was similar in WoW in the sense that you used rare and above items to transmog. You could transmog at any time but it only seemed to be valuable at the top of the chain. The fact that both armor sets get used up kinda sucks as in WoW, you kept both armor sets and only the appearance of the transmogged set was changed (ie both sets must always be soulbound and equippable). Either way, I'm excited by the concept but I wished it took on a similar process that WoW conducts with transmogging.
Well that's it! The last spoiler I get, and now for the long wait for mhxx to come to the west and holding back my want to see the game before it comes to the west

I'm glad I get to keep my Hunter MHX. I was sort of sad when I thought about not really being able to play with my old stuff when the English game came out, but this makes it all alright since it's like a continuation!
The transmogrification thing is sorta like Diablo 3, but the only question I have is mixed sets, and if they could look like a complete set? Seems really cool tho!!! I'm hyped, hopefully there is a western release!

well, we don't know for sure yet. according to sales numbers, MHXX didn't do very well in japan so far compared to previous titles, and since the west is more picky about "Ultimate" games, we may not see it at all.

They should add more item set slots, hell, more set slots in general. As well as add a horizontal parabolic arc with respect to the Prowler's view for aiming when charging up a boomerang. Map it to holding R.
transmog is definitely going to make Fashion Hunting easier. So many mixed sets look so bad together

Save transferring has existed since the PSP days. Only this time did it get some additional perks.

Is there gonna be any end-game content other than just G-rank missions? because I really liked the randomized GQ missions in MH4U, they got me to HR 999, sheer variety and difference of missions after all of G-rank missions were done was very fun for me. I usually finish what Im doing in G-rank after about 100-150 hours, which goes by pretty fast for me.
So I can use a Power Suit and still have a viable skill list. Or walk around with the Guildmarm set!

I'm excited for double cross (XX). The armor features are interesting. I'd enjoy the chance to create a mix set that doesn't look thrown together with separate, not so appealing, pieces of armor. I main adept longsword now a days. I started back with the first MHFreedom and MHFreedom 2 on PSP and had been playing MHUnite on my vita for awhile. I didn't play much of 3Ulimate I wasn't a fan of a console version. I need a portable version to create the proper experience.
Generations is my addiction now haha. I've only played for 2 and a half months now, but I've broken my HR limit finally.
I'm still new to the hunting arts and I skipped 4ultimate, so a few monsters like Najarala, Kechu Watcha, and Seltas Queen that are familiar to some are fresh to me.
I had my issues with him in the past, but Diablos is a great addition and a welcomed return! More so than the likes of Congalala.

I'm still feeling my way around the land of the Prowlers, that being said, I'm not very much affected by the beast mode and newly updated cat training/renaming aspects. I will be giving all of the above a try though...

O.M.G!!! so I can finally have my normal looking Barioth set even when I'm using G rank version? As if I wasn't already excited enough. Daily quest might be cool.
Congalala and the two rock wyverns, Gravios and Basarios... those are monsters I could definitely do without. They're just a massive pain to fight, and if 4U was any indication, they don't even make any good and/or interesting stuff, aside from Gravios's HBG in 4U. Congalala is just obnoxious, and the rockies are honestly just more flying wyverns with the same basic old skeleton and slow predictable movements, that bring challenge through little more than the fact that melee weapons just bounce off of them all the time. Meanwhile, for ranged weapons, they're more or less cannon fodder, and I expect this to be especially true now with the presence of Adept and Brave styles.
Will ALL the monsters from X/Gen be in the new game? The one i especially care about is Alatreon. Haven't huntes that thing since the MH Tri servers went down.

I'm a little bit bummed about the Transmogging personally. It's not a bad idea at all, but I've always been a fashion hunter, sometimes to the point of going into a hunt with zero active skills just to look good!! I liked knowing that a lot of times in order to be a really good fashion hunter, you'd have to actually be really really good! Pro Hunter stuff! Naked and Afraid quest good!
I will love being able to get my mixed sets to look just the way I wanted but I'll admit, I'll miss actually putting armor parts together that work well together skill wise and fashion wise.. it's just going to get rid of some of the fun is all. I'm sure I'll still have some non-transmogged mixed sets though, so I'll still have my fun.
well the resupply mid quest can be helpful for gunners on long solo quests. no mater how many times i took more combine stuff i have very often find myself shooting norm lvl 1, so i like the idea. like an extra bag.

Okay could you please investigate what exactly is up with leveling maxed out weapons into the G rank and how that works? I've been curious about this since the game was announced, ESPECIALLY for if/how it works with Deviant gear.

Transmogrification is originally from World of Warcraft (WoW for short). There you could combine the best gear pieces to create the ultimate set so the fact that they're bringing it to MHXX is amazing and has endless possibilities. The fact that it's only available to G rank hunters is no big deal as it was similar in WoW in the sense that you used rare and above items to transmog. You could transmog at any time but it only seemed to be valuable at the top of the chain. The fact that both armor sets get used up kinda sucks as in WoW, you kept both armor sets and only the appearance of the transmogged set was changed (ie both sets must always be soulbound and equippable). Either way, I'm excited by the concept but I wished it took on a similar process that WoW conducts with transmogging.
Well that's it! The last spoiler I get, and now for the long wait for mhxx to come to the west and holding back my want to see the game before it comes to the west

AssassinCG 42 you can see in the screenshot talking about limit breaking weapons, there's plenty of space on the weapon and it has white sharpness. You can tell it will go to purple.
