The reason the stone that darryl cut was longer than the other blocks is because when cutting angles in rectangles you end up with a larger mating surface due to the geometry. You need to take the angle that you need, Say 30 degrees for example, and split the angle between the two mating surfaces, cutting 15 degrees out of each.
Ryan said the first course will be buried below grade and not visible. you are right in what you said but why make two cuts for something that will never be seen. besides with Darryl on the saw the block would be an inch short and one angle would be running the wrong way.🤣

Give Eric a Tape measure quiz on video, let’s see if he can really read one - how do you mess that up
I respect that you still video and show your bad days Ryan! All the other creators try and skip bad days and pretend that life is all unicorns and rainbows when we know it's not. I enjoy that you don't skip or edit out any of your "bad days"
If I was you Ryan, I would take Eric’s phone and throw it as far as I could! You just finished having to fix what he was suppose to measure and it doesn’t seem to bother him. He still stands there on his phone! I am wondering how he is doing with his own jobs now? Does he measure properly? Do things turn out right? Or does it just from the eye ball, without measuring his jobs. He laughs at Darryl & Jr. but he should really worry about his own work that he does! I feel so bad for you on days like this, because you should be able to trust a crew like this and not have to always have to check up on them! Like a bunch of boys playing in the sand 🥺😡
Brilliant man love watching and learning thank❤️👀👀👀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hello old men with coffee breath.

Hahahahahhaha
Bruh 😂😂
As I take a swig of my room temperature tim hortons ... too good
🤣🤣🤣🌎🇺🇸
Hey Ryan just started watching your channel about 3 months ago. I love your content and your a great boss/guy this world needs more people like yourself in it.
Daryl's nickname is gonna be Yeastyboy, he's gonna catch a yeast infection wearing those 👖........ Lol
Mad or not what a fine fine jog. Look back at the end impresses me even, man just love it. Easy money for sure.
Bugs always showing up sick or not he’s a good employee them guys should be able to grade without ryan there by now that’s crazy maybe instead of pay raises they get pay decreases lol love the vids
Can tell bugs is off hrs very quiet. Must be tough with the season change over there. I’m truly blessed in Sydney our weather doesn’t get extreme at all compared to you but I get annoyed when it’s cold here.
Eric still can't get those forms right lol
Sorry it was one of them "days" Ryan. We all get them from time to time, but know that you handled it like a champ! After watching this video, I realized I can probably do a little better on my "off" days. Love you videos!
Your grading crew needs to recalibrate their tape measures sheesh
You win some you lose some but you live too fight another day, even after the fall way too keep on pushing!
I would be flipping out.. I now believe eric and fran can't read a level or just can't grade or just don't give a flip
Hello Ryan and Co... watching from Scotland. Great work and great content.
And just think Eric is doing his own concert jobs making these kinds of mistakes that has been pounded into his head everyday
You’re little talk about dealing with problems was to perfect of timing for me
Hey Darryl, we need gravel for grading!
Darryl: Gravel for what?
🤣
Wait to watch your videos every day thank you
You're a lot nicer person than I am I would have fired and been slapping the s*** out of them all the way to the vehicle LOL
One of those days.. I know the feeling. Hopefully tomorrow will go much smoother.
It’s not what happens to you, it’s how you handle it
Whatever you pay bugs...it isn't enough! That guy is an absolute machine! Work ethic is 💯
If Ryan ever needed to be of off work, who would lead the team and make sure these guys get it right?
Good question.
We all go through good times but it never stays that way because along comes the bad times but just keep your head up and take it day by day
Morning Victory! Awesome work as always. Good to see everyone get through the tough jobs. How come you guys dont use regular size shovels? Is it because most of the crew is too short?
Yeah idk why they like the Portuguese backhoes so much, they’re good for moving sand or if you’re in a 5 foot deep hole, but other than that I hate em
Speaking good knowledge at 2:02!! Needed it today thank u sir
Eric knows nothing but poor excuses 😉😭
Oh how I can relate with you every day before I go to battle ..TYVM
Probably a throttle body, Eric. I had the same issue years ago. Scan it and see if there's any codes.
it is probably just fine a way to come in late on cold windy day
Ryan- I’ll never be in the concrete business, but I stumbled upon one of your videos a while back and haven’t looked away since 😂
I'd bet Eazyy E doesn't use a level at all on his "side jobs".
Oh that’s not good
Man we’ve all had these days working in the trades, it’s all about your mentality and I think you handled it very well. I always say “it’s just a bad day not a bad life”
Keep up the good work boys 👍🏻
Ryan. Tell the guys that you're going to start deducting pay if they keep making the SAME mistakes over and over and over again. Man I feel for ya.
That’s illegal come ooonnnnnnn
Dude it was a small mistake.
@@tipsreviews7476 it’s like the second or 3rd time he’s done it
@@tipsreviews7476not being able to grade is like the worst mistake you could make. If Ryan didn’t check that customer would’ve had 2.5” thick concrete. Yikes.
@@Emily-jl3oq yea the back patio was bad.
Wishing you a very blessed Sunday.
Dude I wanna see a durability test with that glue you use! Satisfy my concerns lol! It would be a great video too.
No.
Will Look amazing...lucky home owner getting Victory to do the work.
