Never realized how good the animation on this fight was until I rewatched it.
same for me. it was such a greatly animated moment, the sound effects were just great
I remmember it really well. Thats why I was really optimistic about the Solo Leveling. Cuz SAO Alicization, even though it has a wacky story, has insane sound design and animation.
@@VronizeI mean the first season of Solo Leveling pretty much met my expectations. Compared to the overall manwha season one is pretty tame though.

If you can memory recollection to non living being why not with a human. The sao black swordman cloak is literally kirito's memory recollectiom that's why he can use cloak and sao skill beacuse it's all about readinv the fluctlight and bring it into underworld

Alicization kirito had so much personality that kirito himself distinct himself with his black swordman self (him during sao time)

I truly started respecting Kirito as an mc after this arc
This is what I say to SAO haters who didn't watch Alicization, not only Kirito grew as a character, you can tell the writer himself got better at storytelling, it sure has it's logical flaws, but it has great visuals, sound effects, music, characters, and very interesting themes explored.. so it's still a great anime/ride overall
Yeah, people who hated sao didn’t realize that Kirito - the “shitty brat of an mc” is literally just a goddam child when he was trapped in SAO. A talented one but even Sheldon who is a smartass still behave like a child when he was one
So was the writer. I think people always forget the original SAO was a web novel submission to an online contest, and then it essentially went viral. The author was really young, and didn't have the time or experience to full develop his world and characters. That's why he spends so much time going back and retconning stuff. There's so many stories and things he wanted to tell, but didn't have time to come up with. The quality of his writing from the first few books to the start of alicization is a day and night difference. @iepvienredstoneHuy007
And now Kirito is the game master in Kamen Rider Geats...which is ironically fitting

Is starburst stream really supposed to be that amazing? Back in SAO I get it, he started dual wielding and had to use the system to help. I assumed he would have just done his own combo to be even stronger or something. Didnt Yuuki have a combo that was better? Or does it not work because it's for a single handed weapon?
There are better combos but for what he's used to (and without system assist in the underworld) starburst is probably his most reliable dual wield skill

If you played before one of the SAO games like SAO hollow fragment, all the weapons have their own final skill , in this case , the best dual wield sword combo its the eclipse
It's just because star burst stream is his signature move at this point
i read in one of the novel, he said that he is trying to replicate Starburst Stream without the skill assist but it was difficult. Maybe at this point he already done it.

idk , those alicization fights just doesnt make me hype. you cant even enjoy kirito sword skill because they dont show anything . just yelling and explosions . when i watched kirito use starbust in first season in boss fight, it made you hype and put you at the edge of your sit.

I will say this SAO’s music team has zero direction for anime moments. How bad ass would it have been to have an OG theme play during this fight. Nostalgia sells and gives hype.

I actually disagree. They played Swordland and a lot of older tracks WAAAY too much in War of Underworld. Alicization has a lot of amazing tracks that weren’t even used/barely used.

But sometimes you dont know how or when he is gonna defeat the enemy, so showing his golden eyes its a signal to say 'Oh, okay. That's the end of the fight' and somehow you think he's invincible.
Apart from that, golden eyes doesn't make sense cause where are not in Aincrad anymore, so he's not cheating or hacking the system (or something like that). So why show golden eyes?

Miller is insane meaning his Incarnation adn ability to use it is far stronger than anyone else. He doesn't imagine he can absorb everything, he believes it to the fullest.
