I am blown away the cinematography, the color grading the way you edit it. I love that there’s no talking, it really adds to the feel of how it is to really be out there alone. This is definitely on my bucket list. Amazing video! (We have the same taste in panio tracks, the whole album by Tony Anderson is amazing.)

If it was S log 3 I would be dying to know what your rec709 conversion and grading luts are. Wow thank you so much for the incredibly kind words! Honestly, I couldn't even tell you what it was. Im guessing slog??? And then as far as conversion and luts I didn't even convert it and just color-graded each clips/ sections just with some very basic adjustments in premiere pro . I really like your filming aesthetic. It's what I'd like to do with my foraging videos. Great video, music, and video editing. The shots, angles, and sound are all great.

This really was a treat after taking my finals. It allowed me to separate my surrounding area into something magical and Beautiful. Keep up the good work. Seeing this cohesivily being put together and part of your editing journey was an experience on it's own. Validation or not, this is only the beginning and more to come in the future.
@@BicheBug1996 This Alaska trip consisted of a lot of smaller hikes combined with driving, so if you're interested in the hikes, I have an AllTrails link in the description. My favorite hike was actually one that I didn't even film most of. However, in my newest video, we did walk for 40 miles in one day
It's such a joy watching your video while working. The aeroshots were amazing! I am also wondering, how many drone batteries did you take for this trip, or how did you get your drone charged?
I don't think I charged them anywhere but I'm pretty sure I had like 3-4 max. You can buy a car adapter to charge them in the car or you can probably hangout at some restaurants to charge them if you need!
11:10 I gave you a thumbs down for driving on camera for the same reason I'd give you thumbs down for filming yourself drinking a beer while driving. Other than that and the drone scenes, this was beautifully done. I hope you enjoyed your time in Alaska.

It’s generally a good idea but if you’re sticking to more popular destinations bear spray is fine :)
