It's neat to see this, since I'll probably never go to Rumbling Falls. It's too bad they didn't show the Rumble River, the 13-mile underground river that rises out of the bottom of the Rumble Room. Just a stupendous cave system. When John Hutchison found the entrance, he couldn't get anyone interested in exploring it. And so he got scooped by the master scooper. You know that's got to burn.
Ah, I didn't realize that. My god, it was just sitting there waiting for someone to be-bop on in? That's amazing. And what a find. One of the neatest things under the earth.
Ha ha...they got Bill Walters and Bill Walter mixed up... Bill Walter is the one who has explored more cave than about anybody (Roppel, Blue Spring, Cumberland Caverns, Keystone, Nunley Mountain, etc...) He is now 73 years old and still caving..
Nobody scooped anyone here. The cave was found By JFH, reported and left to sit for well over a year with no other interest. MOS was looking for a quick survey project near his home and chose this one because of it's easy walk. When he found more cave he tried to get JFH to join in on the survey but he said no. His loss! He was asked more than once to come back but had no interest! Looks like MOS did nothing wrong!
this was one of my favorite caves to go in. climbing out of the rumble room was work but all worth it!!!!
ill never forget the trip.
Where is the entrance located at

Cool video! Just love Fall Creek Falls!!! I just posted one from our hike to Machine Falls here in Tennessee :)
I believe it is 201 feet to the pile of breakdown in the Rumble Room.
am I the only one that lives in the falls

Is it seriously bigger than the Camps Gulf rooms?
How are the bats down there holding up to the WNS?
How big the he main drop into the rumble room?
Crazy to see a 16 year old video on TH-cam!
Camps gulf cave in spencer is a cool cave system
Oh damn...I meant to give this a 5 star rating...but gave it a low rating by accident. My bad...its very good.
