How Carabiners Are Made
มุมมอง 460K13 ปีที่แล้ว
How carabiners are made. Non-locking carabiners have a sprung swinging gate that can be opened to insert or remove a rope, webbing sling, or other climbing hardware. The gate snaps shut under the spring's pressure. Mountaineers also frequently use a short sling to connect two non-locking carabiners to each other, creating a quickdraw. The gate used depends on the use and preference of the user.

Dude ! Get rid of the intrusive music!
I live about 20 minutes from here and it’s BAD
Such a shame that local politics and government overreach had this place shut down 😔. Why can't these idiots just let us be?
👍🏻
Getting a weird fixation for caves and underground formations rn :)

Looking great
Just discovered this idea Cameraman was in a bad place for getting hit. Thanks
It's closed permanently
Dont trust any carabiners. There is no such thing as 100% safe when doing climbs.
Maybe someone can demonstrate for his filming friend how to keep he video gizmo steady during filming?
14year old video give them a brake
My grandmother had a lunchroom at a lake before I was born. "Every morning" she got up early and made 15 pies! They would be sold by lunchtime and people would come back wanting a whole pie!
It's a good thing he was flying that wing. When it pitched forward an elliptical wing would have collapsed.
She sold out its not that good anymore
This show is bullshit all or most patrons are family or good friends, it's a paid add
Is this place still open?? 2021
Anyone in Kentucky eat in the 70s pool room in prestonsburg 2 old men hamburgers were legend Kentucky
Why is it that i never live close to one of these places!??
Maybe it's the orange/brown thing (even the people look orange) or maybe it was the tub of ketchup poured into the food, but most of this looks terrible. The quality of this video is awful. Regardless, the food still looks bad.
That'll make you warm in the Winter...
I have been drunk at 3 am in this place so many times lol this was the best part of college
I ate there - food was as good as momma’s
Wow! A blast from the past! I was a team driver on 18 wheeler between Memphis and Charleston, WVA in the late 70's. We always swapped out there because the breakfast was top of the line! PS. We never fueled there.
I liked his show back then. He went to real diners and little restaurants owned and operated by locals. Now, it's "Vietnamese spaghetti avacado tacos" or some such stuff.
Yeah the first couple seasons of this show were good. Even the vibe was much different. The food was the same but the places different, now the food is different & the places are the same.
Smokey Valley Truck Stop in Olive Hill, Ky think I'll go there now that we know... where.
