In one of your videos can you take a moment to address what happened to the “flying cowboys”? It just kind of stopped, Cory Robin seemed to have gone through some tough times and fell off the face of the earth. It’s just odd that it was such a “thing” and now no one even mentions it anymore…

I was watching Mike Patey's latest vid on his crazy house, and was thinking the same thing. He was kind of the glue that held it together, and it all faded away after the Draco accident. Scrappy took all his attention. Trent and the rest of these boys have got a great thing going on here tho. Just loving this camping/flying thing!
And what happened to Kevin Quinn? He used to be a regular in Trent's videos. Lately not so much.
And the friend that crashed( Nick ?) and asked for donations to get a new plane.... and was going to engrave all those names that donated on a part of that new plane... 🤔 Hmmm.
I laugh every time someone brings up the Nick charity scam… called that one while it was happening.. Think Trent should start a GoFund to repay all the fools that donated… let a new group of fools feel the burn 😂
Forget the haters Trent! They obviously don’t get pilot jargon. I for one thoroughly enjoy your videos and how much you promote each pilot flying within their own comfort level. The minute you push someone beyond that and it goes bad, you live with being partially responsible even though indirectly. You have a wise outlook. I appreciate your candor too in saying “The Flying Cowboys” story isn’t yours to tell. Again a fair take on things. Keep up the good work and content! Stay safe Bro! 🤠👍

That was good ADM on their part. Even though it turned out to be an easy/no issues pass if they weren't comfortable with it, then they made the right decision. I say the same about the bike. Ride your ride. Better to be safe than sorry. Live to fly another day.

Really enjoyed this one. That part of Cali looking really lush and green.
It is still spring... after a wet winter. I don't know just when they filmed this, but now it's May and things are starting to dry out. Los Angeles County coast has been a fairly solid "May gray" for the past couple weeks or more. Aside from the concrete jungle effect, the weather isn't the best for flying. I expect up in the Coast Ranges things are a bit different, though.

He probably hit the brakes to stop the wheel spin.
@@offroadranger6 I thought that but the other wheel never slowed .
@@WreckerCentral could be, if his brakes are independent, that he only tapped the right brake hard enough to stop it.

My first grass strip landing was at Columbia. It was the day after I got my Private Pilot Certificate and my flying club had a fly-in. I flew there often for pizza or goofing off in town.

when you took off, your wheel stopped turning quick. Might want to check it.
Noticed this the last vid too. Either bad bearings or brake dragging.
He presses the brake pedal when pressing the rudder, he's explained it in a couple of videos.

I said something similar on the previous video. It's obvious because of the enormous amount of time (mostly bug spraying) he spends in the air that he has achieved a level of comfort and mastery beyond most of his fellow bush pilots. But is there a point where a line is crossed? I hope not.
Very interesting watching Tye fly. He definitely has developed impressive skills ag flying and uses them, but he also seems to have a hard stop on certain risks as well.
He's an Ag pilot. Crop duster. He flies like a nutjob for a living.
