Crim mains within the PD make imo the best cops besides a few , very skillfull and know the boundaries of the COP/Crim conflicts and even roll with RP most of the times.
I love how Rated plays AJ Hunter man. He is such a great character. I haven't seen him play AJ a lot recently but I wish he did. Easily one of the best cops on NoPixel.
As someone who loves both cg and cb, this is the reason why rated is one of my favorites. Yeah the guy malds sometimes but that’s normal, what’s great is that he’s actually trying to change himself to make a difference so props to the man
He is doing this to explain to them that the reason they are consistently loosing criminals in chases and also losing in gunfights isn’t because criminals are OP or have OP resources it’s just because there is a lack of teamwork and communication on the cops part mainly because most of them want to be the heroes catching the criminals. Another reason he called this meeting is to tell them to look inward and then outward before complaining to the devs about criminals being OP which can lead to massive nerfs for no reason. (Keep in mind when the cops complain about things it’s nearly 100 unique players complaining at the same time it can be difficult for the devs to say no and not nerf the criminals.)
Rated is on point. Even if u are a good driver, u can still loose crims if your team dont utilized communicating properly Driving to lose someone is more easier than chasing somebody coz you wont know if the suspect will turn left or right or do some crazy jump and them realized the jump will go to the water.
They need to do some practice runs on how to communicate while chasing. I suggest they play a game of paintball within the pd, and just work on communicating. Then actually use cruisers
I kind of feel as though maybe the cops don't necessarily have it out for the crims. I feel like they are tired of seeing other cops doing dogshit and it makes them want to not try as hard to follow all the steps and do what needs to be done because they feel like they are the only one doing and at some point get fed up and just not care. This meeting definitely need to be had.

wow is rated actually gonna be a grown up and try to lead by example? it's like no shit people suck at RPing cop, no one respects the training RP, so it got streamlined, so 90% just kinda end up meh, no one really gets shown how to RP a cop with passion but within the use of forces lines we need someone like Archer (Fortyone) to lead a seminar about doing the job right, with passion, and how to work with the community instead of against it
They throw cadets in the deep end to soon is because they lack cops. Other crims who play cops sometimes play their cops because their is like only 4 or 5 cop mains on duty. AU shift has looks like it has grown big because of the number of cadets they have at that shift now. But like they had 1 or 2 weeks with only 3-4 on duty after tsunami meeting.
I mean rateds been leading the PD for over 3 years now why do you think he’s trooper. If you would watch the live stream or at least watch a few more clips you would be able to see that clearly, instead of watching one clip and make a sarcastic comment without context or regards to what comes after the clip.
Rated is actually a really good cop, and a good leader
That’s why he’s a trooper, a lot of people within the PD and even people outside of PD respect the way he handles situations.

watched koils stream yesterday and he said he is thinking about wiping the pd and start promoting a good rp players instead of strict cops
