    Jim can you tell me what the + and - tap that is on the steering wheel just in front of the wiper control is?

      Hi Steve, if you are referring to the "-" on the left and the "+" towards the top of the steering wheel, that would be the paddle shifters. You can drive the vehicle as a manual transmission without a clutch. This can be done with the transmission in the Sport mode. If you are referring the + & - actually on the steering wheel right hand side, that would be the audio volume control. I hope this explanation helps.
