Roll me away, against the wind, travel'n man, old time rock and roll. There are too many to name - it's a deep rabbit hole of music. As to the style of genre of music, I would say rock, maybe even southern rock , the problem is that you haven't heard any of his fast songs or rock style songs. He's definitely rock though, you'll see.
