I've had 15 Leupolds over the years, tried a Vortex Viper. Big mistake, sold it and got another Mark 5. I have never had a problem with Leupold, not even on my African calibers.
I have mark 5hd 7-35x56 and vx-6hd 4-24x52 tzl3 ..i like vx6 more, its lighter and the reticle clearly visible at any magnifications options but with mark5 in low magnifications I almost can’t seen the reticle specially in the dark area’s which its the H59 without illumination option..
Great video…thx! I am looking at the VX-6hd as my first higher dollar optic for a 6.5 PRC. Hunting mainly in CO and WY and summer distance shooting for fun. All my other optics are FFP and wish the 6 came in a FFP. So my question is, how hard is it to adjust my shooting from a FFP to a SFP scope? Hope that makes sense. I was looking at the Nightforce NX8 as they offer a 4-32 in a FFP. Like that lower 4x for closer shots.

Hows the difference is glass clarity.
