I am gay and I grew up in a strict evangelical Christian environment and I wasn't victimized. I wasn't shamed. I feel sorry for those who were in their church or religious environments, but I still experience amazing grace and love from those who actual follow Christ that I have yet to experience from any group identity community whether it is LGBT or Churches.

"To be gay is beautiful, wonderful, perfect." I am trying to find the scripture to corroborate that statement but it eludes me. I did find this one though... Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" It's fine to love everyone, but it's not okay to encourage people to engage in whatever immoral behavior they have.
