MG TF Chasing the annoying rattle from the rear. Can the amateur mechanic fix it ?

Great tips, especially the rear air vent pipe replacements ( alleviating crucial overheating problem ) as most of us wouldn't think of that unless you were underneath 👍

Hi Chris, I hope your problem is solved, I had a similar issue with my TF, the silly thing I did was after a full service I didn't tighten the stiffener brace bars on the top of the engine, like you one side was hand tight, it squeaked and made a metallic knock. just a thought, good luck.
