It's crazy how that baritone Squier Jazzmaster now sells for over $2,000 on the used market because of this awesome band. Fender is so out of touch with what players want.
Seriously, like 3 years ago I was looking into buying a baritone and passed on the fucking $500 Jazzmaster for an 8 string I later sold. I'm kinda pissed they haven't jumped on the opportunity to make bank from people wanting a cheap/affordable baritone that's 30 inch. I'd certainly kill for a new Jazzmaster run with improved material. The 30' scale length is the deciding factor for me and with most baritones being made either overseas or for $1000 plus CAD, it's incredibly hard to find a baritone I like that's affordable and not 27'.

the live performance of this band has increased significantly since their last album cycle. it's insane. they're at the level of professionalism and perfection that you see out of many other bands on their fourth or fifth album. loathe forever.
Oh mate, I really wish we could!! Unfortunately we only set out to film a few tracks - so while we have got footage from the whole set, finding tracks with enough good shots all the way through to be useable is difficult. It’s definitely something we want to explore in future though!
Moshhh we’re just starving for more out here, especially me since I’m a US fan. Big thank you for these amazing live sets. You’re giving us life during these dark times 💚
So I just recently discovered this band and holy crap are they good. It’s like a mix of Meshuggah and Deftones with their own flair. One of their songs even starts off black metal. And the use baritone guitars too?!? Amazing.
@@PierceAkers no sir. Their default tuning is EAEADF#, but this song is in C#AEADF#. Pretty sure they use D in other songs, but this is not one of them
It sucks doesn't it - I know it's not a direct replacement, but as soon as we safely can we're going to do our best to get as many live sessions out as possible! We've already got some incredible stuff on the cards 🙂
Just saw this on the Download livestream, love it. Reminds me of the underground metalcore bands I used to play with gigging round the UK abount 10 years ago, so much energy and intelligent composition. Great to see a Merseyside band doing this so well, more power to these guys! Makes me want to pick up my axe again...
I can't choose which one is better, the ending of this song or the end of Second Death by Black Tongue... Btw this intro riff sounds like Meshuggah and Rage Against The Machine had a baby.
Ouch... Code Orange are doing well imo.. the last album is different enough from Loathe to be its own entity but similar enough to go on the same playlist
lmao this couldn't be more inaccurate. Both bands are going for entirely different sounds, and the one Code Orange are going for, they pretty much nail. Plus their success is far greater than Loathe's is right now (not that success really matters), so I doubt they're at all aspiring to do what they're doing
